Investment Advisory's CEO Selects SuccessFactors to Garner Client Feedback on Team's Execution
HONG KONG, Sept 30, 2010 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ --
Today, SuccessFactors, Inc. (Nasdaq: SFSF) announced that SoZo Group, a sustainable investment advisory group based in Hong Kong, has implemented SuccessFactors' small business offering, Professional Edition, to automate and customize the company's people-focused initiatives.
As a fresh and new company that commenced operation early this year, the CEO, Raymond Cheng, wanted greater visibility into the company's internal talent base to monitor his clients' feedback on how employees were executing the business strategy.
In January 2010, SoZo Group opened their doors for business and quickly attracted team members who were eager to apply their professional skills while making a difference in the world. With a laser-like focus on values and vision, SoZo Group began working on infrastructure, systems and process and refining their business model for service delivery.
In an open letter, Mr. Cheng proudly stated, "With the world in turmoil, ranging from the economic crisis and climate change to culture clashes and the confusion surrounding China's emergence, some might ask if we are mad to start a transformational investment company during this chaotic period? We say that there's no better time to make changes and make a difference."
"We chose SuccessFactors for our online talent management system to garner external feedback from our customers on how our teams were executing projects with their clients and to implement performance reviews to acknowledge and develop our employees," said Mr. Cheng. "We required a global market leading online solution, with multiple languages, that's simple to use and would grow as our company grows. SuccessFactors met all these requirements."
"Our solution helps ensure SoZo's emerging workforce work on the right things at the right time and deliver real value back to the customer," said Kevin Lin, country manager, Hong Kong and China, SuccessFactors. "With SuccessFactors, they are one step closer to achieving outstanding performance against their business strategy. It's this focus on execution that will make the SoZo Group stand out."
